Projects and Storage Service Agreement

We process personal data when working on projects on behalf of clients. There are no limits to which type of information we process, but only personal information needed to complete the assignment will be stored. This could for example be names and phone numbers of employees to be listed on a clients website. All data provided to us has in common that our customer and client must have a legal basis for providing these to us in the first place, and that access to this information is limited only to those of our employees who are involved in carrying out the assignment.

All personal data will be deleted after completion of the assignment. Regular customers usually have a Storage Service Agreement with us. This service agreement is signed for 24 months and can be renewed. The agreement allows us to continue to store work files, which may contain personal data, even beyond the original assignment, and enables us for example to produce updated reprints of brochures. All personal data is deleted as soon as the customer no longer has a Storage Service Agreement with us.

Data is stored with Google and locally on our devices.
